Services
Interpreting services are provided as agreed for each booking, at the confirmed hourly or daily rate agreed in advance by email or in writing.
Payment
Invoices are issued after the assignment and are payable within 30 days by bank transfer. iinterpreting.ie reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 1.5% per month until payment is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at up to 100% of the agreed fee, including any non-refundable travel or parking costs already incurred.
Liability
Liability arising from the provision of services is limited to the total fee paid for the relevant assignment. iinterpreting.ie is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
